Our most characteristic dishes are based on the exquisite products of Iberian pork from the Sierra de Huelva, such as sirloin, shoulder, loin, and the distinguished Jamón. We also offer beef, ox sirloin, lamb legs, and suckling lamb chops, as well as other seasonal meats such as venison, quail, ostrich, rabbit, and, of course, our specialty, oven-roasted suckling pig.
If you prefer to opt for fish, we can offer you sea bass, salmon, cod, hake, cuttlefish, tiger prawns, and other fish that vary according to the season such as corvina, tuna, grouper, or pink snapper. Of course, we offer a wide assortment of cured meats and cheeses, salads and vegetables, rice dishes, and local omelets. We have several dishes for vegetarians and low cholesterol options.
